Kodak Easyshare Touch Camera
1In this house we love cameras, with two very cute subjects to take photos of we are rarely without a camera in hand. Whilst I admit we usually use the cameras on our iphones for day to day shots it is always good to have a decent digital camera handy to capture special moments. That’s why we were delighted when the lovely people at Kodak sent us one of their EasyShare Touch cameras to try out.

With its brilliant capacitive touchscreen, Smart Capture, 25 film and scene modes, and our exclusive Share button, the sleek KODAK EASYSHARE TOUCH Camera / M5370 makes it simple to take, organize, edit, and share incredible pictures and videos with a touch. Just press to impress.

What I love about this camera, is it’s simplicity! The touchscreen on the back makes it so easy to flip between different scene modes and select the perfect setting for your photo or you can simply leave it in smart capture mode and let the camera automatically detect the best setting for the photo. I personally love the children mode, I’m not sure what technically makes it more suitable for action shots of children (shutter speed I’m guessing) but with two tiny terrors to take photos of, we always struggle to get a photo which isn’t blurred and with this setting we get some lovely action shots.

Another fantastic function which is essential for capturing those special moments is the one touch video record button situated on top of the camera. This button allows you to capture 720p HD video instantly without needing to scroll through menus or adjust settings. You can even review and edit videos right on the camera, using the touchscreen display.

In this world of social media, another fantastic feature of the EasyShare Touch is that it allows you to simultaneously share to multiple social networks and e-mail without the need for uploading all photos to each site separately.
•Just press Share when in review mode
•Choose your favorite sharing destinations: FACEBOOK, e-mail, KODAK Gallery, FLICKR, YouTube, TWITTER, ORKUT, YANDEX, KAIXIN001, and KODAK PULSE Digital Frames
•Connect your camera to your computer or insert your memory card and your videos or pictures are automatically uploaded to your sharing destinations
You can even tag your friends on the camera itself so the tags are automatically uploaded with the photos.
Gone are the days of having to upload photos to your computer and then edit them, the Easyshare Touch has some lovely creative effects you can add on the camera itself. You can make your pictures even more personal and get creative with: spot color, photo captions, background blur, borders and tints, and photo booth mode.

Now I’d love to show you loads of beautiful photos that I’ve been snapping away with this camera since it arrived but if you follow me on twitter then you probably know that for the last 3 weeks all we have had in this household is poorly kids and parents and so I’m a little limited with photos I can show you but below are a few different edits I have done on the camera of a photo of Zara

We think the Kodak Easyshare Touch is a fab little camera and with a price of around £110 for a 16MB camera I don’t think you can go wrong
Hmm now I just need to persuade hubby to buy me one of their digital photo frames for Christmas
